The Infinite Circle: A Hoop Dance Journey
Saturday September 19, 2026 11:30am - 12:30pm EDT
Rediscover play, movement, and the power of the circle.

The circle is a universal symbol of wholeness and continuity; here, it becomes your partner in a moving meditation—a dedicated space for self-expression and presence.

Through a blend of technical flow and intuitive dance, you will learn to move with the hoop as an extension of your own body. This session is designed to help adults silence the noise of daily life and find a sublime stillness within the rhythm of the spin. We focus on the felt experience of the "flow state," where the boundary between the dancer and the hoop begins to dissolve.

What to expect: Gentle guided meditation, foundational on-body and off-body hoop transitions, and space for intuitive exploration.

The Experience: No prior experience is needed. We provide the hoops; you provide the presence.
The Goal: To leave feeling centered, expressive, and deeply connected to your own internal rhythm.

Root & Restore: Restorative Yoga Inspired by Nature
Sunday September 20, 2026 1:30pm - 2:30pm EDT
Honoring the body’s primal need to slow down, ground, and restore, this restorative practice offers a nurturing space to connect breath with embodied stillness. Through long-held, fully supported postures, students are invited to soften the body, settle the nervous system, and attune to subtle sensations within.

Drawing inspiration from the natural world, this class class honors our sacred connection to the rhythms of nature...sights, sounds, and scents that invite us to root down, release, and replenish. This practice emphasizes deep rest, balance, and body awareness, creating space for renewal and gentle growth.

All experience levels are welcome. Modifications and support are thoughtfully offered, allowing students to move at their own pace, honor their individual needs, and rest in a sense of grounded ease...like returning to fertile soil from which new growth can emerge.

The Primal Path
Sunday September 20, 2026 3:00pm - 4:00pm EDT
No one ever taught you how to crawl, roll, stand, jump, walk, or run. You figured it out on your own—instinctively, playfully, and without a single instruction manual. That innate intelligence is still inside you, waiting to be rediscovered.

Yet today’s world pulls us away from it early and often: concrete surfaces, comfy chairs, rear-view cameras, cushioned shoes, and endless screens train our bodies to do less, move less, and feel less. The result? We lose touch with the full range of what we're naturally capable of.

In this session, I'll guide you back to that original, effortless way of moving. We'll explore fundamental patterns—crawling, rolling, balancing, jumping, and flowing—through simple, joyful practices that wake up your body's built-in wisdom. You'll learn to listen to what your body already knows, rebuild confidence in your movement, and start moving like the capable, adaptable human you were designed to be.

Expect to move, play, and reconnect in ways that feel surprisingly natural and deeply freeing.

Closing Ceremony: The Return
Sunday September 20, 2026 5:30pm - 6:00pm EDT
Every journey deserves a conscious return.

This ceremony marks the transition from the sacred space of the festival back into everyday life — not as the same person who arrived, but as someone more aware, more connected, and more intentional.

Through ritual, music, reflection, and shared presence, we will:
• Reflect on what we’ve experienced
• Honor personal growth and breakthroughs
• Celebrate the connections formed
• Anchor our intentions moving forward

This is not an ending — it’s a continuation.
