Transcend Fest 2026

Ecstatic dance is a conscious movement practice that invites you to connect with your body, the music, and your breath - allowing authentic expression to arise naturally from within.

Together, we will co-create a conscious & heart-centered container where all of you is welcome.  We will begin by grounding into the body and the breath, arriving in the present moment by attuning to the subtle language within.  As the music begins to rise, you are invited to follow the currents of your own energy - allowing movement to emerge organically, whether gentle and inward or expansive and wild.

As the journey unfolds, the dance becomes a portal - an opening beyond the thinking mind and into a state of flow, presence, and aliveness.  Here, expression becomes liberation, and movement becomes prayer.  In this space, you may encounter release, joy, stillness, or transformation - each experience honored as part of your unique path.

We will gentle descend into integration, allowing the body, heart, and nervous system to soften and receive.  In this quiet unfolding, space is created to rest, reflect, and embody the essence of ananda-inner bliss that arises when you are fully present, expressed, and free.

This is more than dance- it is a remembrance, a return, a reconnection to the sacred within.

No experience is needed.  All bodies, all expressions, and all parts of you are welcome.
