Immerse yourself in the vibrations of a variety of soothing instruments designed to calm your nervous system and heal at a cellular level. Lauren from LB Healing uses singing bowls, her voice, drums, rattles, chimes and more to take you on a purposeful journey of relaxation and reflection. There will be a guided meditation and soundscape while Shea and Cynthia provide hands-on healing to everyone while they journey through the sound experience. No prior experience necessary with sound or reiki healing- come as you are with curiosity and be ready to relax!
