Honoring the body’s primal need to slow down, ground, and restore, this restorative practice offers a nurturing space to connect breath with embodied stillness. Through long-held, fully supported postures, students are invited to soften the body, settle the nervous system, and attune to subtle sensations within.

Drawing inspiration from the natural world, this class class honors our sacred connection to the rhythms of nature...sights, sounds, and scents that invite us to root down, release, and replenish. This practice emphasizes deep rest, balance, and body awareness, creating space for renewal and gentle growth.

All experience levels are welcome. Modifications and support are thoughtfully offered, allowing students to move at their own pace, honor their individual needs, and rest in a sense of grounded ease...like returning to fertile soil from which new growth can emerge.
