A beautiful blend of internal and external energy cultivation. In this class we’ll start with a warm up that lubricates our joints and stimulates lymphatic flow. Blending together the energy of the East and the science of the West we will move through a sequence of easy Yogic postures with the option of incorporating Calisthenics along the way. Once our bodies are awakened and minds alert we’ll tap into the internal power of Tai Chi like movement and end with an opportunity to flow intuitively giving your spirit exactly what it needs
