WHO ARE YOU BECOMING? — A Nervous System Reset Experience
Sunday September 20, 2026 8:30am - 9:30am EDT
WHO ARE YOU BECOMING? — A Nervous System Reset Experience is a multi-modal, trauma-aware offering designed to support regulation, self-connection, and embodied clarity.

This 60-minute experience guides participants through a gentle arc of rhythm, reflection, movement, and sound, allowing the nervous system to release excess activation and settle into a grounded, integrated state.
We begin with a brief welcome circle to establish safety and connection, followed by cardio drumming to rhythmically discharge stress and reconnect participants to their bodies in an accessible, non-intimidating way. From there, participants are guided through a reflective inquiry exploring Who are you? and Who do you want to be? using journaling and an optional mirror or phone-camera reflection to deepen authentic self-awareness (always choice-based).
Insights are then embodied through Soul Flow, an intuitive, slow-flow movement practice co-facilitated with Soul Flow instructor Lori, weaving movement with reflective pauses and optional writing. The experience concludes with a sound meditation and integration, using crystal bowls and grounding tones, followed by a gentle closing circle.
Participants leave feeling regulated, centered, and more connected.
Participants will:
Experience practical tools for nervous system regulation through rhythm, movement, and sound.
Gain clarity through guided self-reflection around identity and intentionality.
Translate insight into embodied awareness while feeling grounded, present, and integrated.

Dance the Inner Self
Sunday September 20, 2026 11:30am - 12:30pm EDT
This workshop is an invitation to explore the body as sacred and wild, a space to drop out of your head and dive fully into sensation, embracing every movement and emotion as sacred. Each session blends soulful movement, somatic release, mindfulness, and playful exploration, allowing your body to become both healer and guide, moving from feeling rather than form. This is a journey of coming home to yourself through movement, music, and magic, releasing what no longer serves you and making space for new energy to flow. Here, it is not about how it looks, but how it feels.

Slow, wild, soft, fierce... every expression is celebrated, not judged. Think of it as a playground for your body and your feelings, a place where it is safe and downright empowering to feel sensual, expressive, alive, and free.

No experience is necessary, just bring an open heart, a willingness to move, and a sense of humor...because sometimes the body has other plans.

The Primal Path
Sunday September 20, 2026 3:00pm - 4:00pm EDT
No one ever taught you how to crawl, roll, stand, jump, walk, or run. You figured it out on your own—instinctively, playfully, and without a single instruction manual. That innate intelligence is still inside you, waiting to be rediscovered.

Yet today’s world pulls us away from it early and often: concrete surfaces, comfy chairs, rear-view cameras, cushioned shoes, and endless screens train our bodies to do less, move less, and feel less. The result? We lose touch with the full range of what we're naturally capable of.

In this session, I'll guide you back to that original, effortless way of moving. We'll explore fundamental patterns—crawling, rolling, balancing, jumping, and flowing—through simple, joyful practices that wake up your body's built-in wisdom. You'll learn to listen to what your body already knows, rebuild confidence in your movement, and start moving like the capable, adaptable human you were designed to be.

Expect to move, play, and reconnect in ways that feel surprisingly natural and deeply freeing.
