The Autumn Equinox marks a rare moment of balance, when day and night stand as equals before the seasons begin to shift.  As nature begins to release what is no longer needed and prepare for the quieter months ahead, we're invited to do the same. Together, we'll slow down, reconnect with ourselves, and honor both the joys and the challenges that have shaped us. Through guided meditation, reflection, journaling, and a symbolic release ritual, you'll create space to acknowledge your personal harvest, let go of what no longer serves you, and step intentionally into the season ahead. As part of the ceremony, you'll also write and seal a letter to your winter self that we'll mail back to you just before the Winter Solstice — a gentle reminder of the wisdom, hope, and intentions you carried into this new season. Whether you're navigating change, celebrating growth, or simply longing for a moment of stillness, this ceremony offers an opportunity to pause, reflect, and move into autumn with greater clarity, self-compassion, and trust.

A Soul Circle is a sacred space for community to gather in order to reconnect individuals with their inner wisdom, their breath, and their higher selves. We will weave together breath, meditation, sound healing, journaling, and a tea ritual to create a container for healing, reflection, and empowerment. Rooted in ancestral remembrance and modern mindfulness, Soul Circle is a place for transformation where all voices are welcome, every story is honored, and every soul is seen.

This ceremony marks the transition from the sacred space of the festival back into everyday life — not as the same person who arrived, but as someone more aware, more connected, and more intentional.
