Somatic Breathwork moves stuck energy, disrupts old patterns and helps you drop back into the part of you that actually knows — your heart. This isn’t just calm vibes and soft music. It’s nervous-system-level release.
You’ll move through a guided, music-driven somatic breathwork journey designed to take you from tense and guarded to open, grounded, and expanded. As the breathwork peaks and begins to settle, you’ll be guided into a live sound bath—using resonant tones and frequencies to support integration, nervous system regulation, and deep embodied rest.
The sound bath allows the body to absorb and organize what has been released through the breath, helping shift you into a parasympathetic state where clarity, insight, and emotional integration can occur naturally. You’ll breathe, feel, release, and rest—walking out clearer, lighter, and more you.
It’s real work—intense at times and deeply freeing. If you’re ready to clear what isn’t yours and make space for something new, this is it.
Contraindications:
Not suitable for pregnancy, cardiovascular conditions (including angina or prior heart attack), uncontrolled high blood pressure, glaucoma, retinal detachment, osteoporosis, seizure history, stroke, major psychiatric conditions, recent surgery, acute infections, or epilepsy.

This system of aerobic movement, sound and breathwork combines to create a deepened connection with source, self and others.  Kai Chi Do provides a natural process for enhancing emotional well-being. This workshop creates an active meditation, which leads to healing unconscious thought limitations and other self-limiting patterns.  We will open a pure light vortex and work with ascended Masters to support our empowerment, inner joy, wisdom and alignment.
